Post-awesome: a prairie movement

A place to look at 'crap architecture' in the city of Edmonton. And to celebrate good architecture, too.
The Wonderdick, McScoop and Queen Street Wes storylines are pure genius. Mike Winters totally hits the nail on the head with his humorous portrayals of the high-drama world of the Canadian ‘urbanist’ (a fuzzy word that some might argue doesn’t deserve to exist, since urban planners and architects and anthropologists and sociologists and economists and geographers and politicians have been examining these issues for decades…). I can’t help but feel a little shame when I read these comics. OH GOD, AM I LIKE THAT???
